This may be one of the simplest recipes I ever post, however the outcome is impressive. This cashew based creamer uses only 2 ingredients! Okay, I’m not counting the water, because 2 ingredients sounds more impressive than 3.
1/2 cup raw cashews
Fresh dates, pitted (I use 4-5)
1 1/2 cups water
Soak cashews & dates at least 30 minutes & up to 12 hours. Drain & add to blender with water. Blend until smooth. Ta da! You’ve done it! A simple, yet creamy coffee creamer that’ll fill out your morning coffee or tea.
